It was fancy and clean hotel, exactly as described, with amiable staff and premier location directly across from the ferry terminal on Victoria's Inner Harbor.

Top location, supportive staff and tidy hotel. Rooms immaculate and perfect. English breakfast had plenty of options, like milk, butter, bread, jam and eggs. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved James Bay district. What's more, it was so close to downtown Victoria as well as the main harbor. Easy check-out too:)))

The staff was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING, late checkout. They gave us an executive king room with a lake view. Utensils and cutlery were available. Smooth check-in and high quality customer service.
